AI Features

When you use Lumi AI features, we may process:

• Messages sent to Lumi

• Information extracted from receipts and invoices

Subscription Information

Subscriptions are processed through Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not collect or store payment card information.

Advertising

The free version of Lumi AI displays ads served by Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may collect and use your device's advertising identifier (advertising ID) and related technical information. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region and your consent choices.

For users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we request consent before serving personalized ads, and you can change your choice at any time from the app settings ("Privacidad de anuncios").

Lumi Pro subscribers do not see ads.

Your Rights

Account deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the app: go to Settings → Eliminar cuenta. This immediately removes all your data from our servers. Alternatively, see our account deletion page or contact us by email.

Children's Privacy

Lumi AI is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
