Delete Your Lumi AI Account

Option 1: Delete directly from the app (recommended)

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the Lumi AI app:

1. Open Lumi AI
2. Go to Configuración (Settings)
3. Scroll down to the Sesión section
4. Tap Eliminar cuenta (Delete account)
5. Type ELIMINAR to confirm

This immediately and permanently deletes your account and all data stored on our servers, including: expenses, income records, savings goals, spending limits, profile information, subscription records, and authentication data. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, send an email to:

samuelleonr5@gmail.com

Include the email address associated with your account. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

All personal and financial data associated with your account is permanently removed from our servers. Data stored locally on your device is also cleared when you delete your account from the app.
